Art Camp

ART CAMP at the Juniper School

For ages 9 years and up.

Our art teacher Zaryana Bezu is offering 4 weeks of camp for our older children. 

Half Day: 8:30-12:30PM.  The cost is $230/week* 

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit* due once you receive your confirmation letter. The remaining $180 will be due the week before camp.

Families currently enrolled in the school will be billed through FACTS. Families that join us for summer camp only may pay via Venmo, check or cash. 

Sessions:

June 2nd-6th Four Famous Artists

Children will learn about four famous artists. They will be introduced to four different art movements and will be able to experiment with a variety of art mediums. Friday will be the special day for them to create their own masterpiece.

June 9th-13 Watercolor and Clay

Children will explore watercolor techniques, painting outdoors and work with air dry clay.

June 16th-20th Pastels and pencils~ a color journey

Children will explore pastel and colored pencils techniques with emphasis on experiencing a unique world of colors.

June 23rd-27th Textile and wool

This week we'll focus on felting and sewing. Children will experiment with wool and felt creating unique projects.

Daily schedule:

8:30 walk to park

9:00 Circle, story, sketching and play

10:15 back to school, snack

10:30 quiet time, reading, board games

11:00 art

12:15 clean up

12:30 dismissal
